2. Acceptance
These terms apply to all YOGO customers. Acceptance of these terms is required to use YOGO. End users (i.e., the customers of YOGO's clients) are not subject to these terms but must accept the terms of YOGO's clients when creating a profile with them.
3. Payment
Payment for YOGO is always made in advance. YOGO issues an invoice which must be paid within 14 days from the start of the billing period. If the invoice is sent after the billing period starts, the payment deadline is still 14 days from the invoice date. If payment is not received on time, YOGO reserves the right to suspend system access, although we will always first confirm that any missed payment was not due to error.
4. Termination
The customer may terminate the agreement at any time without notice and may choose to keep the system active until the end of the paid period or shut it down immediately. Once the first invoice is paid, a binding period of the current month plus one month applies.
YOGO may terminate the agreement with three months’ notice without further justification. If misuse is suspected or confirmed—such as use for purposes other than those intended (e.g., booking and payment for classes, courses, and products)—or if usage places an unusual load on the system affecting performance for other customers, YOGO reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the customer does not comply upon request.
If YOGO terminates the agreement before the end of a paid period, any remaining months will be refunded.
There is a three-month binding period for the mobile app.
Promotional or discounted periods are also subject to binding terms.
Upon termination, the customer can request a full data export file. This costs DKK 1,200 excluding VAT.
For annual billing, no refunds are issued if termination occurs mid-year. The termination notice period is the current month plus one month. Notice must therefore be given no later than the second-to-last month before renewal to avoid automatic extension for another year.
5. Confidentiality
All data collected in YOGO through the customer’s and end users’ use of the system belongs to the customer. YOGO has no rights to this data and will delete it from the system upon termination. YOGO will never share or sell data to third parties without explicit customer consent. YOGO employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality and may not disclose any information about YOGO's customers or their end users. See also the Data Processing Agreement, which supplements these terms.
6. Security
YOGO maintains a level of security appropriate for the types of data processed. This includes basic information such as names, addresses, and purchase/booking details, but does not include sensitive personal information such as health data, CPR numbers, race, or sexual orientation. YOGO does not process credit card numbers; these are handled by third-party payment providers such as Billwerk+ or Stripe.
7. Limitations of YOGO’s Liability
YOGO makes every effort to protect customer data integrity, confidentiality, and system uptime. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or eliminate all risk of error. The customer agrees that YOGO cannot be held liable for any damages (financial, legal, reputational, etc.) resulting from errors within YOGO or its subcontractors.
8. Kisi Hardware
There is no return policy for Kisi hardware.
All sales of Kisi hardware are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
