New checkout flow in YOGO: you decide what customers buy. Plus GA4 tracking and new tools for class series

The best moment to sell is when a customer wants to book a class they don’t have access to. With the new Purchase options feature, you decide what the customer is offered at that exact moment. You can also follow every sale from ad to purchase, and class series can now be cancelled, edited and copied to next season.

Purchase options: choose what customers see when they book

Purchase options lets you choose which products a customer is offered, and in which order, when they try to book a class without a valid class pass or membership. The feature is found under Prices > Purchase options.

Until now, customers saw the full price list. That is a lot of choices at a moment when the customer just wants to get into the class, and it often means they pick the cheapest drop-in instead of the membership that suits them best. Now you can guide the customer to the right product.

  • Customise per class type. Reformer Pilates and your intro class can show different products. The intro class could offer a starter package, while Reformer shows class passes and memberships.
  • Set the order. The product you most want to sell can come first.
  • Highlight with a badge. Add "Most popular", for example, to the product that should catch the eye.
  • Live preview. See exactly what the customer sees, and set everything up before you switch it on.

New product cards on all plans

All YOGO plans now have new product cards that show the price the customer actually pays, along with the number of classes, validity and billing interval.

Customers can switch between monthly and yearly directly on the card, so they can compare without clicking around. That means fewer questions in your inbox and fewer abandoned purchases.

Tracking: see which ads drive sales

YOGO now saves campaign data all the way from ad click to purchase, on both the customer and the order, and sends events in GA4 format to your Google Tag Manager container. So you can see which ads actually generate sales.

A customer sees your ad on Instagram, clicks through to your website and buys a membership. Before, the trail often disappeared somewhere between the website and the booking system, and the ad got no credit for the sale. Now campaign data follows along all the way to the purchase.

Campaign data follows the customer from ad to purchase and is saved on customer and order in admin.

  • Campaign data on customer and order. See directly in YOGO admin which campaign a customer and a purchase came from.
  • Events in GA4 format. You or your agency can follow the customer from sign-up to purchase in Google Analytics 4.
  • Cookie consent included. The customer’s consent is automatically passed to your container, so your tags respect it.

Setup is under Settings > Google Tag Manager. More tracking improvements are on the way.

Class series: cancel, edit and copy

Class series in YOGO can now be cancelled, edited and copied. With every change you decide what happens to upcoming classes and customer bookings, and YOGO shows how many customers the change affects before you save.

  • Cancel a class series. Choose what happens to the upcoming classes.
  • Add or remove classes. Decide what happens to customer bookings.
  • See the impact first. Before you save, see how many customers the change affects.
  • Copy to next season. The class series is copied without the previous buyers, so it is ready to sell again.

Service notice: PHP security vulnerabilities

Two serious security vulnerabilities have been found in PHP, which WordPress and many other systems run on. YOGO does not use PHP and is not affected.

If your website runs on WordPress or another PHP-based system, make sure it is updated as soon as possible. It is PHP on your server that needs updating. Updating WordPress and plugins is not enough on its own. Ask your web host or web agency to install the latest PHP security update.
