Studio management software for classes, memberships and access
YOGO is European studio management software for yoga, pilates and fitness studios. Members book classes, buy memberships and class passes, and pay online. It works with or without a class schedule, and supports access control and unstaffed 24/7 access. See all features.
What YOGO handles on its own
Last night, while you slept“Since opening in February the system has delivered: bookings, payments, schedules. Everything just works.”

- languages in the member app
From class booking to open gym. The whole studio on one system.
YOGO covers the whole studio: classes and events, open gym and drop-ins, memberships and class passes, your own brand and the daily operation. Whether a member books a place in a class or simply unlocks the door for a free session, access, payment and accounting run through the same booking system.
01 · Classes & events
Class booking that fills every kind of class, from drop-in to a full course.
A class booking system has to handle more than one class type. Recurring classes, drop-in events, courses and personal training all live in one place. Livestream and in-room attendance are managed as one class, so members choose how they take part.
- Classes, courses and events in the same calendar.
- Personal training with its own schedule and booking flow, bookable by the member or by the instructor.
- Livestream and in-room attendance on the same class.
- Smart waitlist that fills a place automatically when someone cancels.
- Group bookings, so one member can reserve several places at once.
- Check-in from the instructor app, the door system or a self-service tablet at the desk, where the member taps their own name, and can drop in if there is room.

02 · Memberships
Membership software with predictable revenue every month.
Membership management covers subscriptions, class passes, courses paid in instalments, intro offers, gift cards and retail. YOGO handles the full range, not only the standard models.
- Subscriptions with automatic renewal, monthly, quarterly or annually.
- Class passes with a fixed number of credits and an optional expiry.
- Instalments on events and courses. You choose the number of instalments.
- Intro offers at a reduced price for new members.
- Members pause their own membership themselves.
- Gift cards and retail. Clothing, equipment, supplements.
03 · Your brand
Members see you. Never YOGO.
Your booking system should look like you. The booking widget, member profile and member pages carry your logo, colours and font on every plan. Members book in your world, not in ours.
- Booking widget and member profile on your own website, as a popup or on its own URL, in a timetable or a list view, in six languages.
- Your own font or any Google Font, plus your logo and colours, so it matches the rest of your identity.
- Change your colour in one place, and the widget, member pages and app all update. One brand profile controls everything.
- Your own native app is included in the Studio + App plan and published in the App Store and Google Play under your own name. See what your own app includes.

04 · Operations
No more spreadsheet next to the membership system.
The whole daily operation in one place, from attendance and discount codes to point of sale at the desk.
- Occupancy reports by class, class type and location over any period you choose.
- Automatic no-show fees are charged the day after a missed class. Or manual approval, if you prefer it.
- Discount codes with conversion tracking. See which codes are redeemed, and by whom.
- Class emails to participants and the waitlist. Send messages directly, or let automatic receipts and cancellations run.
- Several locations and several rooms are run from the same admin, each with its own schedule, instructors and number of places.
- Point of sale at the desk. Sell memberships, class passes, gift cards and physical products with integrated payment.
- Searchable customer database with full history on memberships, class passes, attendance and invoices per member.
- Automatic member retention through Make. Welcome flows, birthdays, reactivation and winback ready from day one.

05 · Instructors
Instructors run their own shifts. You stop being the switchboard.
The instructor app is YOGO’s app for instructors and part of your booking system. From there they see their own shifts, check members in, write to participants, start a livestream, swap shifts and release classes to the swap board, without calling you. Everything they do lands straight in the schedule and in the payroll report.
- Only their own classes. One tap filters the schedule down to the instructor’s own shifts.
- Check in and sign up straight from the class, including drop-in guests who turn up at the door.
- Emails to participants. Write to the members booked on the class, for example «remember a towel», without going through the admin.
- Release a class to the swap board. Colleagues can take the shift, and approval can run automatically.
- Cancel a class with an automatic message to everyone booked and to the waitlist.
- Sync the schedule with the instructor’s own calendar on phone or computer, so new shifts appear automatically.
- Start a livestream straight from the instructor login, with no admin access needed.
- Payroll reports are calculated automatically from the classes the instructor actually taught, so nobody counts hours by hand before payroll.
Shift swapping without the phone chaos
When an instructor falls ill, the class can be released to the swap board. The first colleague who takes it goes on the schedule.
Permissions you control
Decide what instructors may do: cancel classes, email participants, swap shifts, or see revenue on selected price groups.
Pay on classes actually taught
The payroll report is built on lessons taught, even when the shift changed hands along the way.
A gym without a class schedule: memberships, access and unstaffed opening hours
YOGO also works as a gym booking system entirely without a class schedule. A gym check in system does not have to be about classes: in a pure gym it is the membership, the access control and the member administration that carry the business.
If you combine the two, group training and open gym run on the same member data in the same membership system.
Access control and unstaffed opening hours
The member unlocks the door with the app, a key fob or a key card. Door access follows the membership automatically and closes if payment fails, so the centre can stay open 24/7 with unstaffed opening hours.
- Access control around the clock, also when there is no staff in the building.
- Door access on smartphone, key fob or key card, chosen by the member.
- Attendance is registered at the door, so you see occupancy per hour without any booking.
Memberships, dues and payment without chasing
Dues are charged automatically every month. Commitment period, notice and pause are set on the individual membership, and arrears are collected in one list, so you do not chase payments by hand.
- Automatic collection of dues, so revenue is the same every month.
- Commitment, notice and pause are controlled on the membership, not in a spreadsheet.
- Arrears and cancelled memberships sit together in the member administration.
Self-service sign-up
New members sign up on your website or in the app, pay and get access immediately. Self-service means a sign-up can happen at ten on a Sunday evening without anyone coming in.
- Sign-up and payment in the same flow, with no staff involved.
- Access is activated automatically once the first payment goes through.
- The member updates their own card, address and membership on their own profile.
Access control in daily use at Pole Republic
A short case on how Kisi and YOGO work together day to day.
YOGO integrates with the Kisi door system, and more access systems are on the way. Hardware and subscription are bought from Kisi, while permissions are controlled in YOGO, so access and membership always follow each other.
Your own name on the member’s home screen. Not ours.
Your own app is a native iOS and Android app, published in the App Store and Google Play under your own studio name. It carries your logo, colours and font, and members never see YOGO. It is included in the Studio + App plan, and we handle publishing, updates and approvals with Apple and Google.
Studios and gyms with their own app get a permanent place on the member’s phone, with the whole booking system behind it. Booking takes two taps, and the member has their card, class pass and key to the door in one place.
- Book, pay and cancel in the app, with a saved payment card, class passes and membership together in one place.
- Push notifications when a place opens up on the waitlist, a class is cancelled or you have something to tell them. Coming soon
- Open the door with the phone through the door system, and access follows the membership automatically.
- Calendar sync so booked classes land straight in the member’s own calendar on phone or computer.
- Light and dark mode follows the phone’s setting, so the app looks right morning and evening.
- Training history with the number of sessions, favourite classes and recent check-ins, so the member can see their own progress.
- You control the look, change colour or logo in the admin, and the app, widget and member pages follow.
Your own app comes with the Studio + App plan. On the other plans members use your booking widget and member pages, which also carry your brand. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
Most of it is built in. YOGO talks to the rest.
YOGO consists of built-in modules and integrations with external partners. The modules are part of your booking system and use the same member data, so a purchase at the desk and a booking in the app end up on the same card and in the same accounts. The integrations connect YOGO to solutions you already have, or set up with the partner yourself.
You only add what you need. All prices exclude VAT. See all integrations →
Built into YOGO
9 modulesBuilt-in modules are part of YOGO. They share member data, payments and accounting with the rest of the system, and they are switched on in the admin with no setup at a third party.
YOGOPAY payments
Built-in card payments for subscriptions, class passes and one-off purchases. Setting it up costs nothing, and EU cards are settled from 1.1 % plus a small fixed fee per transaction.
Point of sale at the desk
A till on mobile, tablet or computer: sell memberships, class passes, gift cards and goods by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MobilePay. A physical payment terminal can be added, and a payment link can be sent straight to the customer’s phone.
Smart waitlist
The waitlist fills places automatically when someone cancels, and notifies the next member in line. Classes fill up without anyone sitting and managing it.
Swap board & shift swapping
The swap board is the marketplace for shifts. An instructor releases their class, a colleague takes it, and the schedule updates itself, with automatic or manual approval.
Payroll reports
Payroll reports are calculated on classes taught per instructor, so payroll becomes a lookup rather than a spreadsheet. Also when the shift changed hands along the way.
Gift cards & retail
Gift cards for any amount sent by email, plus sales of physical products. Both in the webshop and at the desk, on the same accounts.
Reports & dashboard
Build your own reports on the criteria you choose: customer segments, payment status, cancelled memberships, occupancy and member growth. Everything exports to Excel and CSV.
YOGO Business
Several legal entities under one account, with a shared overview and separate accounts per company. See YOGO Business.
Livestream
Livestream runs on the same class as the in-room attendance, so the member chooses the sofa or the studio. Billed per participant per 60 minutes, see the pricing page.
Integrations with external partners
6 integrationsAn integration connects your membership system to a solution you hold with another provider. You buy or create it with the partner and connect it to YOGO, and then door, video, payment, accounting and tracking run on the same member data as the rest of the system.
Kisi door system
Kisi is cloud-based access control, and YOGO controls the access inside it. Members get in around the clock with a smartphone, key fob or key card, access is deactivated automatically on a failed payment, and Kisi can check the member into the class when the door opens. Hardware and subscription are bought from Kisi.
MobilePay Online
MobilePay as a payment option in booking and the webshop. The agreement sits with MobilePay, and it is added in YOGO for a monthly fee plus a transaction fee, listed on the pricing page.
On-demand video
A video library your members reach through their membership. The videos sit on your own Vimeo account, billed directly by Vimeo.
Accounting integrations
YOGO sends every sale to your accounting system each night, with VAT split correctly across teaching and retail. You keep your current accounting agreement and your own accountant.
Automatic member retention
Welcome flows, birthday emails, reactivation and winback are built in Make, which talks to YOGO. You create the account with Make and decide how advanced it should be.
Tracking & Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is built in, so you can measure purchases and bookings in your own Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and ad accounts, and see what the marketing actually returns.
The list keeps growing. Named integrations today: Kisi, MobilePay, Vipps Online, iDEAL, SEPA, PayPal, Vimeo, Make, Google Tag Manager, Apple Pay, Google Pay and accounting integrations. Missing one? The YOGO API connects your booking system to almost anything else. See the YOGO API → See all integrations →
Ask about your own numbers instead of digging through reports.
The YOGO API is an open REST API to the data in your booking system and membership system. On top of it sits YOGO MCP, which connects your YOGO account directly to an AI assistant. You write a question in plain English, and the assistant fetches the answer live from your account.
No export, no spreadsheet, no developer on retainer. Access is read access, which you control and can close again. If the answer should lead to an action, for example an email to the members who have not booked in 30 days, that is built as a flow in Make.
- Open REST API for bookings, members, memberships, payments and attendance.
- YOGO MCP works in Claude Desktop, ChatGPT and Gemini. Connect once and ask away.
- Build on top of YOGO: your own website, campaign flows, BI dashboards or integrations through Make.

Several companies. One unified account.
YOGO Business brings several companies together under one account, with a shared overview and separate accounts per company. The module is for chains, franchises and studios that have split the business into more than one legal entity.
- Switch between companies in one click. One login reaches every location, without logging out and in again.
- A shared overview across the group. Key figures and reports for the whole business sit in one place.
- Each company keeps its own. Its own members, classes, prices and accounts per company.
- The accounting stays separate. Each company sends its own orders to its own accounts.
Priced per company for up to three companies on the Studio plan and above. The price follows the number of companies. See the pricing page.
From one room to several companies.
The same booking system runs for the solo studio and for the chain with several locations and companies. Over 1 million members, 3 million check-ins and more than 400,000 classes taught a year.
“After our move to YOGO, I am amazed at how uncomplicated and efficient a booking system can be. Beyond our satisfaction with the system itself, I want to highlight the service and support we receive. Things are answered promptly and followed up on. A pleasure.”
“Running a studio involves a lot of moving parts, but with YOGO at my side it has felt easy from the start. Since opening in February the system has delivered: bookings, payments, schedules, everything just works. I love how smoothly it integrates with my website. And when something comes up? Their support is always right there.”
“An excellent team who know what a gym needs, and who always respond quickly and professionally. I always get help when I need it. Warmly recommended.”
Pay for the studio you have today.
A booking system from YOGO costs from €79 per month excluding VAT. The plan follows your size and the modules you use, and you can change plan as the studio grows. Paid annually the price drops to €63 per month on the smallest plan.
- Every core feature is included in every plan: booking, memberships, class passes and reports. Your own app comes with the Studio + App plan.
- Free data import from your current system on the Studio plan and above.
- €0 setup on card payments. You only pay a fee when something is sold.
Excluding VAT. The price depends on plan, number of locations and modules. See the exact figure for your studio on the pricing page.
Answers to what studio owners ask first.
What is YOGO?
YOGO is European studio management software for yoga studios, pilates studios, fitness studios, sauna and wellness venues, pole studios, dance studios and CrossFit boxes. It brings booking, memberships, payment, door access, instructor planning, point of sale and accounting into one platform, so a studio runs from one place instead of four disconnected systems. Members meet YOGO through the studio’s own brand: its own app, its own booking widget and its own member pages.
Can the system take payment at booking?
Yes. The member pays in the same flow as the booking, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MobilePay. Payment can also be drawn from a class pass or a running membership, and the whole sale is posted to your accounting system automatically the same night.
How much does studio management software cost?
Studio management software from YOGO costs from €79 per month excluding VAT, and €63 per month paid annually on the smallest plan. The price follows size, number of locations and the modules you add. Booking, memberships, class passes and reports are in every plan. Your own app comes with the Studio + App plan. See your price on the pricing page.
What is studio management software?
Studio management software is one system that handles the class schedule, sign-ups, memberships, payment and attendance in one place. YOGO is software of that type: members book and pay themselves in the studio’s own brand, the waitlist fills automatically, and sales are posted to the accounting system without manual entry.
Which studio management software fits a studio in Europe?
Choose the system that fits your business model, not only your sector. YOGO is built and hosted in the EU, so data protection follows the GDPR, local payment methods such as MobilePay, Vipps Online, iDEAL and SEPA are built in, and support is people on mail, chat and phone. The system runs both with a class schedule and entirely without one, and that is the difference between software for a yoga studio and software for a pure gym.
What is the difference between class booking and membership software?
Class booking software handles sign-ups to classes and events. Membership software handles the whole member relationship: memberships, payments, access, retention and reporting. YOGO is both in the same platform, so a studio does not have to connect a booking module to a separate membership system.
Which payment methods does YOGO support?
YOGOPAY card payments cover Visa and Mastercard for one-off and recurring charges. On top of that YOGO supports MobilePay and Vipps Online, iDEAL, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and a card reader handles sales at the desk, where you can also send a payment link straight to the customer’s phone.
Can YOGO handle open gym and walk-in training in a fitness studio?
Yes. The member unlocks the door with the phone or a key fob through the door system, and access follows the membership automatically. Walk-in training needs no booking, but attendance is still registered, so you see occupancy per hour alongside the classes that run on the schedule.
Can YOGO be used for sauna, pole, dance and CrossFit?
Yes. All four run on the same engine as yoga and pilates: classes with limited places, waitlist, class passes and memberships. Sauna sessions and events can be sold as single tickets, and courses in pole, dance and CrossFit are created as series, where the participant signs up for the whole programme at once.
Can members book in our own brand in the app?
Yes. Members book in the studio’s own brand across the app, the booking widget and the member pages. The app is published in the App Store and Google Play under the studio’s name with its own logo, colours and font, and members never see YOGO. Change your colour in the admin, and the app, widget and member pages follow automatically.
Can YOGO send orders to our accounting system?
Yes. YOGO sends every sale to your accounting system each night with VAT split correctly across teaching and retail. Bookings, subscriptions, class passes and retail from the desk are posted automatically, so your accountant gets clean columns without manual entry.
Can we move our data from our current system?
Yes. YOGO transfers customers, memberships, class passes, payment cards and booked classes from your current booking system. Members only need to set a new password. The import costs nothing on the Studio plan and above, with a one-off fee on Studio Light. Our team runs the migration to a fixed plan, and we have moved both solo studios and multi-location chains from a wide range of systems.
Do we get our own app?
Yes. You get your own native app in the App Store and Google Play, not a shared app with your logo on it. The app carries your name, logo, colours and font, and members never see YOGO. Change your brand colour in one place in the admin, and the app, booking widget and member pages update automatically. Your own app comes with the Studio + App plan.
Does YOGO support multiple locations and multiple companies?
Yes. Several locations and several rooms are handled in the same admin, each with its own schedule, instructors and number of places. If several legal entities need to run under one account, YOGO Business gives each company its own accounts while you keep a shared overview across the group. YOGO Business is priced per company and requires the Studio plan or above.
Can YOGO be used in a gym with no class schedule?
Yes. YOGO runs entirely without a class schedule, where the membership, the dues and the access control carry the operation. The member signs up themselves, pays online and unlocks the door with the app or a key fob. Attendance is registered at the door, so you see occupancy per hour even when there are no classes to book.
Can members get into an unstaffed gym with an app or a key fob?
Yes. Access control gives door access with an app, key fob or key card, and access follows the membership automatically. If payment fails, the door stops opening without anyone stepping in. That is why the centre can keep unstaffed opening hours 24/7. YOGO integrates with the Kisi door system, and more access systems are on the way.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is hosted on servers inside the European Union. You get a signed data processing agreement under the GDPR, covering member records, booking history and payment data. YOGO is built and operated in Europe, so European data protection is the default rather than a regional option added to a system designed elsewhere.
Can members sign up themselves on our website?
Yes. New members sign up through the booking widget or the member pages on your own website, choose a membership, pay and get access immediately. Afterwards the member updates their own card, address and membership on their profile.
How to put your class schedule on your own website
The class schedule goes on your site with YOGO’s booking widget. You copy a line of code from the admin and paste it into your website, where the schedule shows as a timetable or a list, as a popup or on its own URL, in six languages. A yoga booking system should manage that without a developer, and with YOGO it does.
Who is YOGO for?
Built for: studios and centres with classes, members or both, from one room to several locations and companies. That covers yoga studio, pilates studio, dance studio, CrossFit, martial arts, sauna, pole studio, wellness and group training generally.
Also built for: gyms with no class schedule at all, where memberships, dues and access carry the business, plus one-to-one personal training through the appointment module.
Not built for: individuals who only need a booking button on a website, and restaurant reservations.
